I’ve always had great service from Brown’s Heating & Cooling. This weekend, my heat pump stopped cooling on a day when the high reached 98...not the best time for it to quit on me. When I called, they gave me an appointment right away. Oliver came out. He diagnosed and fixed the problem within minutes. He said the capacitor on the compressor had gone bad. I was cool as a cucumber in no time! There was no charge since this was covered under my service contract. Oliver was very knowledgeable, fast, professional, & polite. My compressor went out a few years ago and I received the same fast, friendly, efficient service from Brown’s that time, too. I’ve always had great service from Brown’s Heating & Cooling and recommend them highly.

Performing a heating maintenance on a split heat pump. Checked all components and pressures. Replaced filters and batteries in thermostat. System functions properly at this time.
Replaced condenser fan motor, and capacitor. Checked for any signs of refrigerant leaks since motor stopped and caused increased pressures inside of system. No sign of leaks at this time.
