The technician, Chad, was very efficient and courteous. He performed the maintenance quickly and performed the installation without an issue while answering all of my questions at the same time. The visit only lasted about 90 minutes for both of my systems. Great job, excellent service!

The techs that come and perform the maintenance/service on both of my units are always prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and timely. The prices are fair and reasonable. They replaced both of my A/C units on the outside of my home and have performed the service in one day each time the unit went out. Thank you, Brown Heating and Cooling!

Arrived at customers home to perform heating maintenance upon inspection checked and clean units checked operations cycled through thermostats replaced filters all heating operations checked ok at time of inspection
Performed a heating maintenance and checked condensate pump. Found nipple on condensate pump broken off and replaced per customer. Tested pump and corrected several kinks in tubing. Checked motors capacitors amp draws and connections. Indoor coil and blower wheel clean and rinsed off outdoor coil. Cleaned flame sensor and furnace trap and ran full heat cycleWith proper gas pressure and delta T of 51. Ran cooling cycle with delta T of 21 and replaced air filter. System functions properly at this time
