Chris was wonderful - he spotted the problem and the solution, and had everything he needed in his truck. Very professional. However, when I booked the service I had specifically asked to be called an hour or so before he was on his way (when he started the job ahead of mine). That didn't happen. I had scheduled Chris for two services, and he had only been informed about the first. It was just luck that he had what he needed on his truck. Chris was great - the communication from headquarters not up to par.
