Had to do a replacement of an AC/Heating unit and condenser, Bruni & Campisi was extremely professional. Jermaine and Steve (the two gentleman performing the install) were very polite and helpful - on the day of the install they noticed a problem, and instead of just following orders, they called in their supervisor to evaluate the best steps going forward. They were able to come up with a solution that was minimally invasive, did not raise the cost of the project. I was so happy with the results, I had my other 2 condensers and AC units evaluated for replacements. B&C gets 5 stars and my return business.

Paul is the perfect gentleman, meticulous in his performance, relating all aspects of his work to me, so I know what he is doing and finding. The office called me at 8 am that he is in transit, but THEY WERE WRONG. He arrived at 9:10 am. The office should have NEVER called me with wrong info, as I stood by my window for one hour and 10 minutes - couldn't get washed or dressed, thinking he would arrive momentarily. TELL the office to be more precise.

He fabricated beautiful duct work and explained how to optimize the new system in my house.
