Three years ago I started having trouble with the almost 20 year old heat/AC system at my home. I started looking at my options (Systems, cost , and service) I had 6 different HVAC Companies at my home getting quotes, information about their systems and service. Apparently I ask way too many questions and was unwilling to schedule an appointment to have everything replaced “asap” (After all I could not be without A/C and it would take at least 2 weeks for them to work me in). Frustrated I started talking to Friends and Coworkers about this, and was told to Check out Bryans Heating and Air Conditioning in Valley Center. I immediately scheduled an appointment . Clark Helstrom came to my home and looked at what I had, and my home. He explained what would be the best for my situation, and answered all my questions. I managed to get by for two more years and then noticed that the furnace had an odd smell when it started, so I called Bryans Heating and Air Conditioning and they sent out Kyle Elmore to check it out. He did not find anything that would be a problem with the furnace at that time. After a visit to the business in Valley Center I contacted Clark to get an updated quote for the system that he recommended almost 2 years ago. We scheduled March 29th to do the work. Jerhamy and Dillon came that morning and completed the job within about 4 hours, including relocating the humidifier and replacing the pad for the A/C unit outside. It was cold and rainy outside and they laid down dropcloths and cleaned up everything before they left. Again answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with everything they had done.
