Plumber, plumbing, drain repair, pipe repair, stack repair. Replaced the tub drain and a wye pipe on the main stack of the home. Checked for leaks. OK

Upon arrival customer stated that their hot water side of the Gerber tub faucet was still dripping after shutting off. Upon inspection I found that the handle for the hot side was stripped out. Went to local hardware store and got new handle. Installed handle, checked for proper operation. OK. Bathroom Tub Faucet Repair: Washers/seals. While working on the hot side of faucet, I removed the hot side stem and replaced the washer. Checked for leaks. OK.
HVAC technician, cooling, air conditioner repair. Misc Work Completed HVAC. Upon arrival customer stated that their ductwork in the basement is collecting water and dripping onto floor. Upon diagnosis I checked the the pressures of the outside unit and they’re 75-225psi. So that’s OK. I also did a quick rinse on the outside unit. I determined that the basement has a lot of humidity and it’s condensation getting on the ductwork.

Plumber, plumbing, pipe repair, pipe replacement, pipe installation. Kitchen Waste Arm Replacement. Upon arrival customer stated that their kitchen drain was leaking somewhere underneath. Upon inspection I found that the satin brass ptrap had a hole in it. Since the wanste arm going into wall was a 1 1/2” copper pipe. Found a good place to cut, put a mission band, put a trap adapter on a short piece of 1 1/2” PVC, put that together and banded that. Also noticed that the waste arm going from the left side of double bowl sink drain to the rest of the drains wasn’t connected to tailpiece pipe. I added a short section of a 1 1/2” extension so it would match up correctly. Checked for leaks and proper operation. OK
