Plumber, plumbing, garbage disposal repair. Upon arrival customer stated that their garbage disposal was clogged and their drain pipes were leaking. Upon inspection I found I found that there was some loose piping and not very well installed. Replaced some of the parts on the drains, and put it back together. As far the garbage disposal I had to pull the garbage disposal down, turn it upside down and clean out whatever with clogging the disposal. Once I had everything back together checked for leaks in proper operation. OK
Plumber, plumbing, faucet repair, leak repair. Upon arrival customer stated that their kitchen faucet was leaking, the sprayer wasn’t working and the cold side of the Faucet was barely coming out. Upon inspection I found that the spout was leaking at the base, the cold side of the faucet wasn’t getting any water out and the sprayer didn’t work. Upon trying to remove the spout from the base it was so corroded that I couldn’t move it. Decided to replace it with a new one. Check for leaks and proper operation. OK

Plumber, plumbing, toilet repair, Upon arrival customer stated that their basement bathroom toilet was spraying water on the top of the fill valve and when they tried to turn the water off the handle broke on the shutoff. Upon inspection I found that the fill valve was leaking at the top so I replaced it. Replace the shutoff for the toilet and also replace the supply line that was leaking. Once done checked for leaks and proper operation. OK

Plumber, plumbing, water heater repair. Upon arrival customer stated that their water heater wasn’t working correctly. Upon inspection I found that the water heater intake screen was dirty. Cleaned out the intake screen, burner chamber and the burner assembly, installed it back into the water heater, lit pilot, then set water heater temperature to the B setting. Water heater is working properly now.

Customer stated that in the hallway bathroom the tub diverter was letting the water through when in use and the master bathroom shower the water from the faucet was too hot and wasn’t getting any cold. Upon inspection I found that the tub diverter was bad,Replaced it with a new one check for leaks and I’ll proper operation OK. Upon inspecting the shower valve found out that it was bad and replaced it check for leaks and proper operation. OK

Upon Inspection I found that the water was coming from the floor next to the front part of the tub and the bathroom floor. Did a quick cleanup and caulk until the homeowner could fix the problem correctly.

Upon inspection I found that the bracket that holds the base of the faucet to the bottom plate was rusted and couldn’t be replaced. Installed a new faucet, when done, checked for proper operation and leaks. OK

Upon arrival customer stated that their main shut off in the basement was leaking upon inspection I found that the water was coming from the packing around the stem of the shut off cleaned up the stem of the shut off put some silicone grease on it and adjusted the packing nut until the leak is stopped check to make sure that it wouldn’t leak and everything is good
