"cond, 1/6 Hp, 1075/1, Rev, 208/230-1-60" Upon arrival customer stated that their cooling side of the HVAC system wasn’t working. Upon inspection I found that the condensing fan motor was bad. Replaced motor, replaced the 5mfd capacitor. Checked for proper operation. OK. 5 Mfd 370 Volt High Voltage motor starter Once I replaced the condensing fan motor, I noticed that the 5mfd capacitor was bad. Replaced the capacitor, checked pressures and they were 75-215psi. Unit is working properly

"1 Pole, 30a, 24v" Upon arrival customer stated that their 1st floor HVAC system outside was,asking a lot of noise when running. Upon inspection I found that the contactor was burnt. Replaced contactor before going on in diagnosis. After I installed contactor, started unit up and pressures were 50-300psi. Checked furnace filter and it was dirty. Homeowner had a new filter, put it in and checked pressures again. Pressures are now 74-255psi. Ok now Misc Work Completed HVAC Once I got contactor and unit running properly, I did notice a rattling of the unit. Tightened up all the screws, put some rubber washers around the top and bottom of the cabinet body to control the rattling of the grate wire covering, which helped some. Unit has a scroll compressor and it’s starting to make noise when running which is common with these kinds of compressors as they get older. Condensing fan is also making a little noise but it’s still working properly.
HVAC technician, cooling, air conditioner repair. A/c Leakfreeze Sealant Only 1.5oz. Upon arrival customer stated that their upstairs HVAC system’s cooling side wasn’t working properly. Upon diagnosis I found that the A/C unit was low on 410A. Added one 1.5ozs of leak sealant to system. Waited 10 mins to make sure sealant was flowing through lineset, then added 410A to system. R410a Refrigerant Per Pound When gauges were first put on, the pressures were at 75-285psi. Added 2lbs. Of refrigerant to system. Pressures are now at 125-300psi. System is working properly now.

Plumber, plumbing, valve installation, valve replacement. prv Replacement: 1" Replacement. Upon arrival customer stated that the irrigation people came to work on system. Irrigation person stated that their water pressure is too high. Homeowner had me put in a prv to reduce water pressure. Installed prv, checked for leaks and proper operation. Ok also adjusted the pressure while irrigation system was running to get the right coverage.

Plumber, plumbing, pipe repair, leak repair. Copper Line Repair. Upon arrival customer stated that their hallway bathroom cold side 1/2” copper line has been leaking at the 90 degree elbow in the basement. Upon inspection I found that the 1/2” copper supply line was leaking from the fitting due to poor solder work. Removed drywall in the basement bathroom wall, removed the bad elbow, cleaned up the copper pipe, soldered new elbow in. Checked for leaks. OK. Homeowner will repair the drywall.

Plumber, plumbing, Toilet Repair, Flange Repair/extension. Upon arrival customer stated that their master bathroom toilet was leaking into the basement. Upon inspection I found that the wax ring had failed. Once I pulled toilet I found that the flange was cracked on one side where the jonnie bolt attaches to flange. Took a flange repair kit and put it on. Put down new wax ring and reset toilet. Checked for leaks and proper operation. OK Toilet Repair: New Wax Ring Upon arrival customer stated that their master bathroom toilet was leaking into the basement. Upon inspection I found that the wax ring had failed. Once I pulled toilet I found that the flange was cracked on one side. Repaired flange put down new wax ring. Reset toilet, checked for leaks and proper operation. OK.

Plumber, plumbing, valve replacement, valve repair, valve installation. 1" inline shut-off. Upon arrival customer stated that another plumber had came to replace the hallway bathroom shower cartridge but the main shutoff to the home didn’t shutoff. Once I had located the water main pit in the front yard, I shut down the water, let it drain down until I could replace the shutoff. Once shutoff was replaced and everything was tight, turned water back on and checked for leaks and proper operation. OK. Toilet Repair: Fluid Master The toilet that needed repair was in the master bedroom bathroom. Upon diagnosis I found that the fill valve was leaking and wasn’t working properly. Replaced the fill valve with a new fluid master fill valve. Adjusted valve for proper water height, checked for leaks and proper operation. OK.
