Everyone at Budget did an awesome job. After another company(Freedom) lied to us over and over it was awesome finding a company who believes in outstanding customer service. Brian diagnosed our problem after a month of the other company misdiagnosing and living to us. Dana got our part ordered fast and had Greg out to our house on a Saturday. Greg got our unit up and running even though the part was not the correct one. The part was reordered fast and Greg installed it and made sure everything thing else on our unit was working correctly.
