HVAC technician, cooling, air conditioner repair. cond, 1/6 Hp, 1075/1, Rev, 208/230-1-60. Upon arrival customer stated that their main floor HVAC system wasn’t cooling. Upon inspection I found that the condensing fan motor was bad. Replaced the motor and started unit back up. Needs new capacitor. "cap,run Single,80mfd,370v,round" after replacing the condensing fan motor, the compressor wasn’t coming on. Found out that the capacitor was bad. Replaced capacitor, started unit up, found that the contacts was weak. 1 Pole, 30a, 24v. After replacing the condensing fan motor, the capacitor, I found that the contacts were weak. Replaced the contactor, started up unit and it’s working properly now. Pressures after unit ran for 10 mins, 75-230psi.
