Chad was thorough. He showed us exactly what the issue was on our unit outside and explained the reason why it wouldn't be the issue the previous servicer said it would be. Then he read to us what our invoice had on it which is exactly what he had told us. Everything was seamless. We felt neglected and like Budget had many wholes in their service before he came. Then after he was there, he had really made your company look like champions. You should keep him around!
