Plumber, plumbing, water heater repair. Electrical. Upon arrival customer stated that their new water heater wasn’t working. Upon diagnosis I found that one side of the electrical wires had come loose from the disconnect box terminal. Had to remove some of the conduit so I would have. Enough wire to properly connect it to terminal. Checked for proper operation once hooked back up. OK

HVAC technician, cooling, air conditioner repair. 1 Pole, 30a, 24v. Upon arrival customer stated that their cooling side of the HVAC system wasn’t working. Upon inspection I found that the contactor was bad. Replaced contactor, checked for other issues, compressor was out on overload so I had to cool it off with water. Once compressor came on, I waited for pressures. Temperature in house is 86 degrees. Pressures are now at 80-265 psi. Temperature at supply vent is 59 degrees. System is working properly now.
