Serviced sewer under house from toilet connection whip only. Cable kept going up vent but was finally able to get it to go down and out side to cleanout in yard next to cedar trees. Stoppage tree roots and wipes. Also attempted to snake to street from cleanout in yard next to cedar trees 6” cutter and got stuck at hard spot approximately 5 feet out tried 3” cutter and got stuck with that as well. Cutter and cable came back with thick clay and mud on it. Line is open but needs to be televised to check condition of pipe and dug up and replaced if broken. We will cut out old toilet flange due to corrasion of old one. We will install a new toilet flange and secure toilet with new wax ring and bolts. We will ensure no that there no leaks.
