Last year, I had HomeWorks come out to do a simple water heater flush, and they quoted me something like $10,000 worth of work on a water heater that was 1-2 years old. Obviously trying to take advantage of me since I'm a first time home owner. BWS was way more competent, and gave me the facts. They performed the water heater flush for $50, and suggested I replace my water softener which is totally reasonable since it's 13 years old. I'm choosing these guys over HomeWorks from now on. Good work. Thank you for not trying to scam me. That's how you win peoples' business and loyalty in the long run.
