Phil was excellent! On-time, neat, organized, an active investigator, great communicator and very thorough. I have a new home (to us) with fixtures to replace, a sump pump inspection and he also advised me on our water softener (started it up and discovered solutions needed as well as filters that needed replacing). Sent additional info and photos via email for my records (standard practice with BWS but very helpful for record keeping). I can't give 5 stars on pricing as I do think the trades can and do charge a lot these days. I wouldn't have been able to do this myself so have to pay the piper.
