Neo was scheduled to come out between 12-2 and was here right at 12 he was Polite & Friendly, he showed me what he was doing and explained everything to me he was very understanding about my concerns and questions, also mentioned financing options. I liked that there was no pressure to make a decision on the spot allowing me to check my finances and think about my options.
