This experience was amazing right from the start. Lauren was so knowledgeable and explained everything so well. She was patient with me while I made a tough decision and made me feel so comfortable. She helped me to get the install scheduled at a time that would work well for me. The guys that came that day-wow! They were friendly, introduced themselves and explained everything that would happen that day. They were so respectful. They did an amazing job with the install and answered all of my questions. Both Dan and Louis could not have been any better. Top rate installation! I love my new furnace and air conditioner. I highly recommend First Call Heating and Cooling.
