I made a call to Pernell this afternoon because we were having an issue with the disconnect outside. The young lady at the desk listened to my issue and quickly got Mr. John on the phone to get me scheduled. It worked out that a technician could be here about an hour after my call, and HE WAS!! William B. was very professional and knowledgeable. He replaced the disconnect made a couple of other small adjustments that helped out as well. Now here’s the shocker…when he was finished and getting my total charge tallied up, IT WAS WHAT I WAS QUOTED BY MR. JOHN!!! If you’re looking for an A/C company for service (or sales), then look no further. These guys have my business from here on out!! Thank you Pernell…I’ll see y’all soon!

Our AC unit went out at the worst possible time, August in North Carolina. I contacted Call Pernell and from start to finish it was a great experience. Robert in Sales was awesome. He gave me several options and was thorough in answering all my questions. He ensured we had three stand alone to mitigate the insane heat while waiting for our install date. The install team of Steve, Bradley and Josh were on time, very organized and fast. All my concerns were answered and they were very in their clean up after the install. The start up technician Chris was also phenomenal. He walked me through the entire setup of the thermostats in house and on the online application. My highest recommendation for this great company!
