I arrived to perform a diagnostic on an air conditioner. Upon arrival, customer stated that the ac was not coming on. Upon inspection, I found ac not receiving 240v to outdoor unit. Checked disconnect, disconnect not getting 240v from breaker panel, breaker is not tripped. Breaker for ac seems bad, needs an electrician.
