I completed the scheduled maintenance agreement cooling tune up on a Carrier 13 SEER 2 Ton Air Conditioner I visually inspected the unit. checked voltage, amps and pressure. I inspected the evaporator coil. I checked the temperature difference across the coil. I found that unit was undercharged with refrigerant. I talked to supervisor. Supervisor had tech add refrigerant to unit to get numbers in range. Supervisor feels that even though unit is from 2018. It was installed in November. This our second tune up. First recording numbers. I also added 2pounds of refrigerant to system. I inspected heat pump checked refrigerant charge voltage and amps. I rinsed the condenser coil with water cycled and monitored system all operating normally at this time
