The technician was great. Answered all of my questions.
Very professional and informative about AC services.
I was very pleased with the quick response time, and also being asked if I had a coupon, which resulted in great savings. The Senior discount was another bonus.
I scheduled an appointment on line. The serviceman was prompt, courteous, did a great job explaining the problem and fixed it in a very short amount of time. I will definitely use this company again.

I've used Canal Winchester Heating and Cooling for several years and have never been disappointed. I had an issue with my furnace, called them this morning and they had a tech (Shane) here a couple of hours later. Shane was extremely knowledgeable, did a thorough examination of the problem, followed covid protocols and answered all my questions in detail. Excellent service once again.

Arrived to check a unit we just installed that isn’t cooling. Was installed yesterday. Customers nest thermostat was stating a issue with the Y wire. After inspection and running a few tests, found thermostat wires all chewed up inside the condenser that are shorted together. Not enough slack to run new wire. Found existing wire but a new lineset. Wire wasn’t pulled when the new lineset was ran. Pulled new 8 wire from the furnace to the condenser. Secured wires so they aren’t touching the flue pipe anymore. Tested cooling, ac running now. Furnace blower doesn’t sound good. Customer asked about a Honeywell WiFi thermostat after we talked to the customer about issues we have had with the Nest thermostats. Ac running at departure. Put new locking caps on. Suction line locking cap wasn’t on all the way and was cross threaded.
I arrived to perform a diagnostic on an air conditioner. Upon arrival customer informed me that water coming out from underneath their furnace. I checked the coil. Coil was not frozen. I noticed that water was standing inside box under furnace. I then cut pvc drain pipe and found that there is a clog in the trap, cut and replaced part of condensate pipe. I poured water into pipe to make sure that it drained before gluing pipe together. I also added a T to the pipe to help with any clean out later in the future. After running for 45 mins, did not find any further clogging or leaking. Draining properly now.
