No tech report received. No receipt received for the work. Options to correct the issue were delivered verbally without any other documentation. The options quoted are double what a new air conditioner would cost. Guessing since I am 81 years old you thought you could fool the old lady. Think I should tell my credit card to cancel payment because as I research further it seems you ripped me off.
