Anthony introduced himself and continued by explaining his purpose for today’s appointment. He informed me what he was going to do from beginning to end. When he finished giving me this information he asked if I had any questions, my reply to him was no. He then advised me that he was going to begin the process he was here to perform. I said that’s fine I’ll be upstairs if you need anything. He worked and every now and then he would ask me questions about issues he came across. Instead of showing me downstairs he brought up his iPad and showed me pictures of the evidence he was concerned with, I admired his manners and process of passing this information on to me. Anthony gave me his advice by offering me the options that best fit my needs. I felt he was sincerely being honest with me and I thought about my choices while he made a call to his office. When he returned I had made my decision of purchasing a new unit instead of dealing with the unit that’s being in use now. His personality and his professional manner impressed me to the point of taking his advice. Anthony must be one of your many employees that I believe, a mystery to me since this is my first time doing business with your establishment, is knowledgeable about products for heating and cooling services. Well spoken for his field and manners that are rare in today’s society. My experience for today’s appointment.
