Anthony called ahead to let me know he was on his way and even offered to bring me a coffee. He was on time, courteous and professional. He involved me in the process of the furnace repairs and made sure I understood what he was doing and how it would help. He also made future suggestions on repairs and even made calls to find out the furnace warranty in case I needed to make them.
