Loved how they were concerned about getting my heat back on as quickly as possible when my old furnace went out or getting me a temporary heater for the time being. They also stayed late the second time my old furnace went out and when they told us we wouldnt be charged for tge parts installed already if we purchased a new furnance we immediately decided to get one.
