I pulled three toilets to figure this out. In the process of breaching clog in women’s bath, I damaged trap in toilet of men’s bath. I created a PO and replaced this toilet along with the middle toilet in the women’s bathroom. All four toilets were pulled and reset. The stoppage is clear, and all toilets are functioning properly. My first trip to Lowe’s resulted in one good toilet, and one broken toilet. I returned to Lowe’s to take the damaged toilet and swap for a new one.
