Arrived on site to complete an ABCCAA inspection on a 1 system 1999 Goodman (R22) System. Upon inspection, the customer has a continuously running fan located in the main bathroom. Crossover ducts all in good condition and sealed above insulation. Performed leak search of AHU and found evap coil to have multiple leaks. Due to it being R22 recommend replacing the system because repair is not possible. Installed high voltage fused disconnect and t4 programmable. Pictures in CC.
