Excellent Service Man, poor office performance

My plumber, Kevin, was excellent. He was clear what he was doing, professional, friendly, and he did an amazing job. When he arrived, I was angry because the office had not returned my call, and I had to call back to find out no one could come out the day I called. The office also sent him first to the incorrect address. By the time he left, however, I was very hapy with his service.
