First, thank you to the patient dispatcher on duty so late the night I called and for working with her supervisor to find someone (Kevin) to come out on such a wretched, cold, rainy night. As soon as Kevin saw the photo I sent of the disconnected gas furnace vent, he recognized the danger we were in and quickly gave us a call that he was on the way. Kevin went above and beyond to ensure we were safe from a potentially deadly carbon monoxide leak.

Kevin did a great job of installing a new water heater for us on the same day that he came to give us an estimate. The cost was $300 less than Home Depot's quote that I got the day before. Kevin also figured out what was wrong with our shower (a cut off valve had accidentally been pushed in) and didn't charge us extra for diagnosing the problem.
