Out hot water was not operating and CCL sent out Mike. He roots out a problem to its core and doesn't just look at things for face value to fix the problem. I always know when he is on a call that the issue will be solved completely.

CCL could not have been more accommodating. Our condensor blew out on July 3rd heading into a week that was going to see temps in the 90s. We called at 900pm on the 3rd and they had a guy assess our condensor at 8am on the 4th!!! They booked us immediately and had it replaced on the 7th. Could not have been more professional or more hospitable.
