Out hot water was not operating and CCL sent out Mike. He roots out a problem to its core and doesn't just look at things for face value to fix the problem. I always know when he is on a call that the issue will be solved completely.
Mike let me know when he was en route and arrived promptly at our appointment. He was friendly and instructional as he diagnosed our water pressure issues and taught me how to troubleshoot this issue if it happens in the future.

I have imagined finding a perfect technician in other areas but not in heating especially Rinnai ,as complex as it is.Then in walks Seamus and does everything a technician should,in my opinion do.I do have a little experience in this area.
I called CCL on Monday, they scheduled technician for between 1-4pm Wed. Seamus called at 1:10pm Wed and completed a repair by 3:30. He explained the problem, prepared a quote & stayed to balance the system after the repair. Well done.
