I went to the customer's home to install a side door filter rack and seal it up.
I arrived on site to perform an inspection on a Five Star 13 SEER 2 Ton Air Conditioner that we installed. I found that the filter needed to be replaced. The duct work was gathering condensation, so I recommended that the customer set up a dehumidifier as well as adding a register to pump cold air into the duct work. Unit was running at full functionality upon departure.
I arrived on site to replace a Carrier "Infinity Series" 19 SEER Variable-Speed 3 Ton Air Conditioner Model condensing unit. Unit was in working order among departure.
I replaced the return drop and elbow. I cycled the system to ensure functionality. System is operational upon departure.
Upon arrival, checked float switch and found water in it, also no clean out after trap. Cut drain out and let coil pan drain. Redid drain with new trap and clean out. Filled trap with water till pump filled and drain to test. Turned unit back on and tested. Unit in working order. Tested with customer.
I performed an inspection of the installation of a Five Star 16 SEER 5 Ton Air Conditioner. All systems components are within manufacturers specifications and system is cooling at this time.
After removing the Heil air conditioner I replaced it with a Five Star 13 SEER 2 Ton Air Conditioner. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time. Included with the installation is a free 1 year service maintenance agreement.
