I arrived on site to perform an inspection on a Five Star 13 SEER 2 Ton Air Conditioner that we installed. I found that the filter needed to be replaced. The duct work was gathering condensation, so I recommended that the customer set up a dehumidifier as well as adding a register to pump cold air into the duct work. Unit was running at full functionality upon departure.
