I went to the customer's home to work on a Five Star 13 SEER 2.5 Ton Air Conditioner. I went to unit and found the drain running outside of the home down the side of the house and buried in the mulch. I cut the drain line and dryer up safety. I turned the unit on with the customer. The unit is now in working order.
I gave an estimate to install a Five Star 96% Variable-Speed Two-Stage Gas Furnace (Up to 100,000BTU) and a Five Star 19 SEER Variable-Speed Air Conditioner. I included in the estimate is a 1 year free service maintenance agreement.
