I arrived on site to perform an inspection on a Rudd Air conditioning system. During the inspection I found that the transformer had failed. There were other systems internally that were found to have failed, so I discussed options with the customer. The customer opted to go with an estimate for a new system. The customer will contact us when they decide whether or not to go through with the estimate. I turned off the breaker for the furnace to prevent further damage at the time of departure.
