They all are Wanderful from the people answering the phone. To the guys that come out. He did an amazing job in a timely manner. He did such a awesome job. They took care of my heating unit outside. And he gave me the best prices. I'm very satisfied with the work he did. He was very professional. And took the time to explain everything to me that he had to do. He got my parts and put them on. And he made sure everything was working properly before leaving. He did a excellent job. I recommend this company to anyone needing anything done to there heating and air conditioning unit. The technician was very considerate , he put on shoe covers as to not track any soil in our house which was appreciated, he did a thorough tune up of the furnace and explained what he was doing,we are very happy with his work!

I have an older indoor cat. Justin made it a point to make sure the areas he worked in, where she might escape, were always closed. He even called after leaving for the day to ensure he had not inadvertently locked her in my utility room.

I installed a Trane 80% 80,000 BTU Gas Furnace and a Trane 13 SEER 2.5 Ton Air Conditioner. I cycled and monitored both of the units and they are operational at this time.
I installed a Carrier 13 SEER 2.5 Ton Air Conditioner. I cycled and monitored the system and it is operational at this time.
I arrived on site to perform an installation for a Carrier Multi-Speed 1.5 Ton Electric Furnace / "Slope" Coil and a Carrier 14 SEER 1.5 Ton Heat Pump, as they were the best fit for the customers home. I will return later on to inspect the unit and insure it is running properly, until then the unit is running at full functionality at the time of departure.
I arrived on site to check that the installation of a Trane air conditioning unit. Everything was up to code and the unit was running at full functionality at the time of departure.
I arrived on site to inspect the gas pressures on a Goodman furnace. During the inspection I found that a new supply run needed to be installed. I will order the part and install it when it arrives.
I arrived on site to perform a tune up on a MacAfee Air Conditioner. During the tune up I found that the unit had a light carbon buildup and was running low voltage. I recommended getting another tune up during the next season to assess the issue further. the unit was running at full functionality at the time of departure.
I arrived on site to perform service on a Carrier Air Conditioning. There was a leak coming from the unit. There was a cardboard tab from the unit that needed to be removed on install and a PVC pipe leading into the drain pan was lose. I removed the cardboard and re-fitted the PVC unit and the unit was operation at time of departure.
Upon inspection, I found the capacitors needed replaced and the unit needed cleaned. I replaced the capacitors with customer's approval and sprayed off the unit. System is operational upon departure.
Upon inspection, I could not find a leak in the system. I added the refrigerant back to the unit and cycled to ensure functionality. System is operational upon departure.
During a tune up on a Payne air conditioner, I unclogged the condensate drain. I tested pressures, temperatures and electrical components. All tests and readings are within manufacturers specifications and system is cooling at time of departure.
During a tune up on a Five Star 16 SEER 3 Ton Air Conditioner, I tested the pressures, temperatures and electrical components. I inspected the return air filter, the duct system and the blower wheel. Everything is operating within manufacturers specifications at this time.

During a tune up on a Carrier 16 SEER 2.5 Ton Heat Pump, I inspected the return air vent, blower wheel and the duct system. I tested the pressures, temperatures and the wiring. All tests and readings are within manufacturers specifications at this time.
I found that the unit will not come on due to a dead short going to the unit. The installation crew will send someone to replace the short then we will preform a tune up on the Five Star Variable Speed 3 Ton Electric Furnace.
I provided the customer with an estimate to have a Five Star 13 SEER 2.5 Ton Air Conditioner installed to replace their current Goodman unit. Customer will let us know how they would like to proceed.
