I arrived on site to perform service on a Carrier Air Conditioning. There was a leak coming from the unit. There was a cardboard tab from the unit that needed to be removed on install and a PVC pipe leading into the drain pan was lose. I removed the cardboard and re-fitted the PVC unit and the unit was operation at time of departure.
