He did a really thorough job inspecting our HVAC system, was super-clear in explaining what he was doing, and was extremely nice on top of it all. Just a great experience.

Jonathan knew what he was doing, very thorough, explained everything, made sure to put on the blue booties, was able to deal with cramped conditions. And went above and beyond with helping to restart our Carrier Home app, which went down when we switched from Comcast to Verizon. On cost of the service, we recognize that costs have gone up and we feel strongly that the technicians should receive a living wage that also reflects the complexity of their work.
