Good service, price not so much

A knowledgable person answered the phone, the technician who responded seemed to know quite a bit about my heating/cooling system (which I inherited), and did a good job explaining it when I asked. My only problem was with the cost. Never had suc a complicated system before, so I do not know how the charge for parts compares, but I was shocked.
