I have two Mitsubishi systems. Alex was here for the free tune up on the system that was installed a year ago. I also asked him to tune up the the system that was installed in 2019. Alex reviewed the tune up options with me including the Silver contract for $502.00 per year. I declined that because I thought the price was exceedingly high. In comparison the annual service contract at our home in Florida is $135.00 for a 5 ton Trane rooftop unit and air handler. Overall, I feel that your service is good but the pricing is very high. It took Alex less than an hour to service the 2019 unit and the price was $282.00 !
