Alex came today to fix our air conditioning hose in the attic that somehow was disconnected and not blowing cold air. He was prompt, personable and worked swiftly and accurately to make sure our ac was in top performance before he left. We placed an emergency call after 10 pm on Sunday night. On Monday, we received ~7:30 am phone call confirmation that a technician would arrive between 8-9am. AC was not working and Ioannis quickly discovered that the exterior on/off switch "pad" had been not been correctly inserted by previous technician during annual maintenance. He also discovered the refrigerant "can" was rusted and was able to replace -preventing potential down-the-road problem. Ioannis was professional, explained everything, and friendly.

Thermostat reboot
