Alex came into my condo today for the bi-annual checkup. I will say, ALL of the technicians that have come here over the years have been great.... except one. Anyway, Alex was competent, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and very kind. I am hoping that in the spring when I have my next tune-up, I can have him come here again.
