Jonathan provided one of the best scheduled maintenance service experience today. He was very thorough and also explained everything clearly. He started by asking if we have noticed any trouble in the system or anything we feel not working properly. I have not been asked this ever before for a scheduled maintenance. At the end he went over what he did and then all what is possible and followed up with an email including our options and prices. Thank you Jonathan for a wonderful job this morning!
