Your technician, Matt B, was extraordinary. He was thorough, polite, gave consideration to not tracking in dirt, was careful with his tools and ladder, and over all is one of those rare individuals who makes you feel he has all day for your situation, while we know he is very busy with more customers than just our home. Whatever you are paying him, I know he is worth more to Central Heating and Air Conditioning.
