Galen arrived within hours of me calling for help. He was extremely knowledgeable about our furnace (has mechanical engineering degree) and was able to clearly explain what was going on and how to address the issue. He approached the problem like a doctor diagnosing a problem and offered objective and analytical solutions, which I really liked and appreciated.
