Finally I replaced my 40 years old furnace with Certified. I have called around several companies and 3 of out of 4 refused to take the job after they looked at my furnace and air ducts. After my son replaced his furnace with Certified, he referred me to talk with Galen. He said maybe Galen can help me to reduce my gas bill and the loud noise of the furnace and it didn't warm up my house. When Galen came to my house to look at my furnace, he was so patience and explained detail about the new furnace. I would like to give Galen a big round of applause. He did a great job. He and his team have installed a large furnace for me in one day. It was large enough to heat up my whole house. I didn't like it because it's kind of over size for my space. I complained the next day. Galen was very patience and listed to my complaining. I couldn't believe that Galen suggested his team to down size the furnace as soon as possible. He and his team have installed a 2nd new furnace and a new AC within 7 hours. I felt immediately. The sound is soft, gentle and warm. I can hear other people talked when the heater was running. This is first time that I have air condition for my house. It soft and cool. I can't say more but just compliment. I appreciated his honesty. My husband and I are very satisfy with Galen and his team 's works. I will refer my friends or family to Galen/Certify Company and I will call again if I have a 2nd home.
