Here in the el cerrito area on a ifix call. On our service techs last visit, tech noticed that there was 120v coming from either the housing or on all bare metal surfaces. Created a gameplan with management on how to tackle issues at hand. Found and eliminated issues and tested unit on all modes to ensure unit was working properly and that the issue at hand was resolved. Took pics and videos of every step and wrote out a detailed invoice on all the steps and testing involved
