Our HVAC unit had been down since mid-May. We have a maintenence contract, but we'd been away from home frequently and didn't have time to get a repair person in to check it. When Diego got here he was able to determine the problem, correct it, and complete the maintenance work. Diego was very patient answering my questions and even suggested preventive measures to protect my HVAC investment going forward.
