Jackie was thorough and made sure to explain everything to me. I'd welcome another visit from Jackie! I also really appreciated how on top of things the office was. They made sure to call me ahead of time to let me know when my technician was coming and sent a picture of her as well, which I really appreciated for safety reasons.
