We called up Certified to get a quote for a ductless mini-split for our Master Bedroom (which was an addition). Galen came out and took a look at our current HVAC infrastructure and determined we just needed to add an additional return and enlarge one of our boots. He explained to us the reason why and even did the math for us on our current system and why adding an additional return would equate to stronger airflow to all our vents. Super happy with the results. We now have better airflow throughout the whole house especially in the master bedroom. Very honest company, it would have been easy to sell us on a more expensive solution of a ductless mini-split for our master bedroom but with Galen’s knowledge he was able to use our existing system to meet our needs!
