Performed tune up on air conditioner, system operating upon arrival but client complains of loss in velocity of airflow. Found home just had blown insulation added and when removing filters to clean found insulation clogging return. Removed insulation and found blower leaking oil and dirty and blower capacitor below spec at 5.6 and rated for 7.5. Evaporator coil dirty and heat exchanger very weak. Outdoor unit compressor pulling high amps causing increased stress and high utility costs. Contactor burnt and pitted, cleaned outdoor unit and system is operating but disconnect in return is causing more insulation to get pulled into furnace. 32 year old system recommend upgrading
